Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Onslow County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled "COUNTY OF ONSLOW vs SHAQUANA LEE CHAPMAN, AND SPOUSE, IF ANY, AND MERIT ALLEN LEE a/k/a MERRITT ALLEN LEE a/k/a MERRITT LEE, JR., AND WIFE, MINNIE LEE," the undersigned commissioner will on the 29th day of June, 2017, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Onslow County, North Carolina, in Jacksonville at 10:00 a.m. the following described real property, lying and being in Jacksonville Township, State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows: Tract One (Parcel ID# 302-24.13) Being all of that .15 acre tract of land designated as Lot 2 in Map Book 43, Page 127 and being recorded in Deed Book 3835, Page 832 Onslow County Registry with a Parcel ID of 066859. Tract Two (Parcel ID# 302-24.9) Being all of that .83 acre tract of land designated as Lot 1 in Map Book 43, Page 127 and being recorded in Deed Book 3835, Page 832 Onslow County Registry with a Parcel ID of 064001. Tract Three (Parcel ID# 302-22) Being all of that 3.60 acre tract of land recorded in Deed Book 9835, Page 832, Onslow County Registry with a Parcel ID of 015234 and being located on Andemora Rd., Maple Hill, NC 28454. The property to be offered pursuant to this Notice of Sale is being offered for sale, transfer and conveyance "as is, where is." The Commissioner makes no representation or warranty relating to the title to the within described real property, or to any physical, environmental, health or safety conditions existing in, on at or relating to the property being offered for sale, and any and all responsibilities or liabilities arising out of or in any way relating to any such conditions are hereby expressly disclaimed. The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgement in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid or $750.00, whichever is greater, is required immediately upon conclusion of the bidding.
