GENERAL NOTICE OF TAX FORECLOSURE SALE Under and by virtue of an order of the Court of Craven County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled "Craven County v. ERMA F. DAWSON, et al ": File No. 17 CVD 292, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 1st day of August, 2017 offer for sale and sell for cash, certified check, or money order to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the Courthouse door in Craven County, in New Bern, North Carolina at 10:00 a.m. or soon thereafter the following described real property, lying and being in Craven County, and more particularly described as follows: All of that certain property more particularly described, in Deed Book 1268, at Page 0053, in the Craven County Registry, which deed is attached to the Complaint filed with the Clerk of Court of Craven County. This property is also commonly referred to by its tax parcel identification number which is 1-075-027. Property Description: 4 Mary E. Daniels Mills Div., Riverside Rd. The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the successful bid will be required.
