NOTICE OF TAX FORECLOSURE SALE Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Onslow County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled COUNTY OF ONSLOW vs. HOOKS-KINLAW GROUP, INC., and all possible assigns and successors of HOOKS-KINLAW GROUP, INC., or any other person or entity claiming thereunder, et al, 18-CVD-1310, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 25th day of September, 2018, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction at the courthouse door in Onslow County, North Carolina, Jacksonville, North Carolina at 12:00 o'clock, noon, the following described real property, lying and being in Swansboro Township, State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows: All that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Swansboro Township, Onslow County, North Carolina, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwestern corner of Lot 31, Section One, Queen's Creek.
