Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Onslow County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled "COUNTY OF ONSLOW vs. JANET HODGES BURCH., FILE NO: 18CVD2308 the undersigned Commissioner will, on the 25th day of January 2019 offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Onslow County, North Carolina in Jacksonville, North Carolina at 9:00 o'clock, A.M., the following described real property, lying and being in Stump Sound Township, State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows: Parcel ID No. 069625 Being all of Lot 615, Phase I, SUMMERHOUSE ON EVERETT BAY, as same as shown on map thereof recorded in Map Book 51, Pages 42, 42A-42M and pages 106, 106A-106M, Onslow County Registry. PARCEL ID NO. 070092 Being all of Lot 667, Phase 2, Summerhouse on Everett Bay as shown on plats recorded in Map Book 51, Pages 218 and 218K through 218K, Onslow County Registry. The undersigned Commissioner makes no warranties in connection with this property and specifically disclaims any warranties as to title and habitability. This property is being sold as is, without opinion as to title or any other matter. An Order for Possession of the property may be issued pursuant to G.S. 45-21.29 in favor of the purchaser and against the party or parties in possession by the clerk of superior court of the county in which the property is sold. Any person who occupies the property pursuant to a rental agreement entered into or renewed on or after October 1, 2007, may, after receiving the notice of sale, terminate the rental agreement upon 10 day's written notice to the landlord. The notice shall also state that upon termination of a rental agreement, the tenant is liable for rent due under the rental agreement prorated to the effective date of the termination. This sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. This sale will also be made subject to all outstanding federal tax liens and the IRS' accompanying 120 day right of redemption in this property pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2410(c).
