GALDUN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J. GALDUN, RIVER DUNES CORPORATION, Defendants, the undersigned commissioner will on June 25, 2019 at 11:00 AM offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Pamlico County, North Carolina in Bayboro, the following described property lying in Pamlico County, North Carolina and more particularly described as follows: Being all of Lot No. One-Hundred Twenty-Two (122), as same is shown and delineated on a Map entitled "FINAL PLAT of RIVER DUNES SUBDIVISION SECTION 11 PUD DEVELOPMENT" prepared by McKim & Creed, dated October 13, 2006, said map being recorded in Plat Cabinet A, Slides 157-10 through 157-13, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Pamlico County, reference to said map being hereby made for a more perfect description of said Lot.
