All county residents are eligible to vote. Craven County residents who are not registered to vote in the County must register to vote by the close of the registration books on Friday, February 7, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. to be able to vote in this election. Voters who are previously registered need not re-register for this election. Any voter who has moved outside his or her precinct but within the county since the last election should update their voting record with the board of elections in writing by Friday, February 7, 2020.
