Eaton (Craven County Superior Court; 17 CVS 753) To: Defendant Jared A. Cain Take notice that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-captioned action. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: Freedom Mortgage Corporation seeks a judgment reforming the legal description in the subject Deed recorded in Book 2898 at Page 162 of the Craven County Registry, and declaring that the subject Deed of Trust recorded in Book 3124 at Page 495 of said Registry is a valid security instrument which confers upon Plaintiff a first priority lien position against the subject property (113 South Forest Drive, Havelock, NC 28532). You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than forty (40) days from January 11, 2018, the same being February 20, 2018; and upon your failure to do so, Freedom Mortgage Corporation will apply to the Court for the relief sought.
