ALDRIDGE, JAMES P. ALDRIDGE, PARTNER OF ADG ASSOCIATES, General Partner, UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF DAVID E. GREENWAY SR., DAVID E. GREENWAY, SR., PARTNER OF ADG ASSOCIATES, General Partner, UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF THOMAS D. DUNCAN, THOMAS D. DUNCAN, PARTNER OF ADG ASSOCIATES, General Partner, Defendants, the undersigned commissioner will on June 25, 2019 at 11:00 AM offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Pamlico County, North Carolina in Bayboro, the following described property lying in Pamlico County, North Carolina and more particularly described as follows: Lying and being on the west side of the Hobucken-Lowland Highway in the vicinity of Hobucken, bounded on the north by the lands of Bennie Jones, bounded on the east by the Lowland State Highway, bounded on the south by the lands of Aubrey O'Neal, bounded on the west by the lands of Sally Stewart, BEGINNING at the northeast edge of Aubrey O'Neal's property, running northwardly 85 feet to an iron stake in the center of drain ditch adjoining southeast corner of lot of Bennie Jones; thence westwardly with the said Bennie Jones line to the first ditch; thence southwardly with said ditch to the Aubrey O'Neal line; thence eastwardly parallel with Aubrey O'Neal line to the point of BEGINNING. Subject to easements, restrictions and rights of way of record, and matters of survey. Also being identified as Parcel ID# M031-12, Pamlico County Tax Office.
