VETERANS AFFAIRS SEEKING CLINIC SPACE
The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease space with a minimum of 4503 usable square feet, 6079 rentable square feet in the Jacksonville, N.C. area for use as a Vet Center. The space can either be a freestanding building or space within an existing building. Class A office/clinic space is required on ground level. On-site parking of approximately 25 spaces, including 5 reserved handicapped parking spaces for VA use. Onsite parking consistent with current State of North Carolina and Department of Veterans Affairs guidelines is required. The lease terms shall not exceed a 5 year base period plus 5 one year renewal options All space must be handicapped accessible in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other governing standards for persons with disabilities and must be sufficient to provide both visual and sound privacy for individual interviews, group counseling sessions, family interviews, conferences, etc. Ideally, adjacent properties will be for Professional Office use.
