NOTICE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PROPERTY AND INVITATION FOR UPSET BID Notice is hereby given that the City of Kinston has received an offer to purchase properties bearing Lenoir County Tax Parcel no. 453510462898, 453510463937 and 453510473076, and being the properties located at 910, 912 and 914 McCaskill Drive, Kinston, North Carolina. The amount and terms of the offer are $1,500.00, payable in cash at closing. In accordance with NC General Statute 160A-269, the offeror has deposited with the City not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount.
