GENERAL STATUTES TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Aldermen of the City of New Bern desires to conduct a public hearing to receive public comments regarding the Board's approval of a development agreement between the City of New Bern and JACKMA, LLC involving the redevelopment and sale of real property owned by the City located at 248 Craven Street within the City's Central Business District, and identified as Craven County Parcel ID #8-001-B-157. The total consideration shall be no less than $804,500.00, which shall include a cash payment of $757,500.00, as well as easements to the City for public parking spaces and for public WiFi and the exclusion of an outparcel for the purpose of the City constructing a public facility, with a combined value of no less than $47,000.00.
